Shipping Information

How We Ship
All orders placed by 1:00pm Eastern Time (10:00am Pacific Time) Monday through Friday, are shipped that same day. 
We provide low, flat-rate shipping regardless of the number of items ordered or weight of your package, and when necessary will upgrade to ensure you receive your order FAST!
 
Placing an international order: 

·  Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.

·  For customers in the UK: Please note that shipments with a merchandise total exceeding 18 pounds sterling may be held in customs until you, the ordering party, pay the national VAT (value added tax). The VAT is usually paid when the postal carrier delivers your mail. However, the British Postal Service might hold shipments with a value over 18 pounds without notifying you, the customer.
If the package is held by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to ProHealth, we regret we cannot issue a refund. If we receive a package back after it has been held and the products are in perfect, unused condition, we will credit you the product cost (shipping charges still apply).
